A private health check with a specialist doctor: 87+ biomarkers, an in-person examination and your results explained to you – not just sent. Appointments the same week, no referral needed.
We see no more than 2–3 health check clients a day, so everyone starts with a short, free call with a specialist. Then we book your appointment.

Swedish primary care rarely offers preventive testing to healthy adults without symptoms. Many conditions that shorten life – high blood pressure, insulin resistance, high blood lipids, thyroid disorders, iron deficiency – cause no symptoms for years. A structured health check can find them while they are still easy to influence.
With us, a health check is not a test result in an app. You meet a specialist doctor who interprets your values in context – your history, your goals, your family history – and gives you a concrete plan.

All prices are per person and VAT-exempt. No membership required.

Suits you if you are 35+ without symptoms and want a thorough check of your heart, metabolism and blood values.

Suits you if you have a family history of cardiovascular disease, or want imaging and a full year of follow-up.

Suits you if you want to optimise performance and long-term health, with follow-up every quarter.

Start with Health Baseline – upgrade whenever you like. You can always move up to Health 360 or Health Optimize later and only pay the difference.
Answer three short questions and we will suggest a level to start with.
This is guidance, not a medical assessment. In the free call, a specialist helps you choose.
You get all your values in one place, where they sit relative to target ranges and what needs following up. Your doctor summarises what it means for you and writes a concrete plan.

Example with fictitious values.
Health Baseline covers 87+ biomarkers. They are grouped by what they tell us – not by which tube they go in.
The tests are only half of the health check. The other half is the doctor’s examination and the conversation about what your values mean for you, based on your history and family history.
The full list of markers is on the Health Baseline page.
| Area | What it tells us |
|---|---|
| Heart and blood vessels | Blood lipids and other risk markers, together with blood pressure and ECG |
| Blood sugar and insulin | How your body handles sugar – early signs of insulin resistance |
| Liver and kidneys | How the organs that clean your blood are working |
| Thyroid | Metabolism – a common explanation for fatigue and weight change |
| Iron and vitamins | Iron stores and vitamin status |
| Hormones | Hormone balance, adapted to sex and age |
| Inflammation | Signs of ongoing inflammation in the body |
The doctor pays particular attention to iron, thyroid and hormones – and to changes around menopause. If you need to go further, our gynaecologist and Hormone Programme are in the same building.
The focus is often on blood pressure, blood lipids, blood sugar and testosterone. If we find something, you can see a cardiologist or endocrinologist without a new referral.
An overview. What is right for you is assessed by the doctor based on your history, symptoms and family history.
Blood pressure, blood lipids, blood sugar and weight. Gives you a starting point to compare with later – especially valuable if there is a family history.
Blood pressure, lipids and blood sugar are followed more closely. Thyroid and iron if you are tired. For women: changes around menopause.
Often a check every year. Kidney function and the heart. For men: a conversation about the pros and cons of a PSA test. Take part in the screening programmes your region invites you to.
Blood pressure, kidney function and blood sugar, a review of your medicines and – if there are risk factors – an assessment of bone density.
For most people, Health Baseline is enough to start with. Find your level →

Blood tests and an examination show how your body is working. A whole-body MRI shows what your organs look like. They answer different questions and do not replace each other.
Health Baseline is based on tests and an examination. Health 360 and Health Optimize also include a whole-body MRI and a heart examination. Read more about whole-body MRI in Stockholm, or compare all levels in the price list.
More tests are not always better. Every test can produce a false alarm, lead to unnecessary investigations or find something that would never have caused problems. So we choose tests for what they tell us about your health and your risk – not for how impressive they look on a list.
We take the tests that can change a decision for you – based on your age, family history and previous results.
A value outside the reference range is not automatically disease. A specialist assesses it in context.
We suggest further tests when there is a medical reason – not just to be on the safe side.

Your health check is led by a specialist doctor. If needed, colleagues in cardiology and endocrinology take over in the same building – without a new referral.
Specialist in internal medicine and the clinic’s medically responsible physician. Responsible for the clinic’s health checks.
Thyroid, hormones, blood sugar and metabolism.
Echocardiogram and cardiology assessment in Health 360 and Health Optimize.
We carry out health checks for individual employees and whole leadership teams – with the same specialist doctors, the same levels and the same personal review.
No. We are a private specialist clinic – you do not need a referral. Health checks are not part of Swedish public healthcare and are not covered by the high-cost protection scheme (högkostnadsskydd).
With us, from SEK 12,000 for Health Baseline (87+ biomarkers, two doctor visits, action plan). Health 360 costs SEK 34,900 and Health Optimize SEK 52,000. Smaller test packages start at SEK 180 plus a doctor’s visit. All prices are VAT-exempt and there are no hidden fees.
The free call can usually take place the same or the next day, and during the call we book your health check – normally within the same week. The clinic is open 11:00–23:00 every day; after 5 pm and at weekends we see patients by arrangement.
The tests are often the same. The difference is the interpretation: here a specialist doctor puts your values in context with your examination, your history and your goals – and if we find something, cardiologists, endocrinologists and other specialists are in the same building.
Preventive health checks are rarely covered by Swedish private health insurance. International insurers such as Cigna Global, Allianz Care and AXA often cover more – we check your cover and bill the insurer directly where possible.
Yes. Our doctors speak English and Swedish, and several speak other languages too. You receive your written action plan in the language you prefer.
The doctor explains what it means and what the next step is. Usually further investigation and treatment can continue with us – the same week, with the right specialist – or we help you on to public healthcare if that is more appropriate.
Health Baseline includes 87+ biomarkers: heart and blood vessels, blood sugar and insulin, liver, kidneys, thyroid, iron, vitamins, hormones and inflammation. The doctor adds tests based on your history. See what each area tells us.
There is no fixed rule. According to current recommendations, healthy adults under 50 without chronic conditions often only need a more comprehensive health check every three years, and once a year from age 50. Even so, we recommend that all adults have a simple check every year – a doctor’s visit with blood pressure and a few basic blood tests, with us or with your regular doctor. Your doctor will advise how often you need a more comprehensive check, based on your results, your age and your family history.
It depends on the test. Fasting glucose requires you to fast (at least 8 hours). Blood lipids can usually be measured without fasting, but we ask you to fast before your first measurement. You receive exact instructions once you have booked.
Yes, for individual employees and for entire management teams. Read more about health checks for companies.
We see no more than 2–3 health check clients a day. So everyone starts with a free 15-minute call with one of our specialists – in person or by phone. We discuss whether a health check suits you, which level we recommend and answer your questions. During the call we then book your appointment at the clinic.
Yes. You can start with Health Baseline and move up to Health 360 or Health Optimize at any time. You then only pay the difference.
Results are ready within 1–2 days of sampling. Your doctor goes through them with you at the review – you never just get a result in an app without an explanation.
A whole-body MRI is included in Health 360 and Health Optimize, but not in Health Baseline. For many people, blood tests and an examination are enough. MRI can be valuable if you have a family history or want to see what your organs look like – the doctor helps you decide what is reasonable for you.
Yes, it can happen. Some values are temporarily outside the reference range, and imaging can show harmless findings. That is why a specialist doctor interprets all results in context and suggests further investigation only when there is a medical reason.
