Option 01

At The Health Clinic

By appointment only

Have your samples taken at our Östermalm clinic by our own clinical staff. Best when you want continuity of care, a private setting, or when your physician has already prepared a personalised panel for you.

Option 02

At a Unilabs centre

Drop-in · No appointment needed

Unilabs is our partner network of dedicated sampling centres across the Stockholm region. No booking required — just walk in during their opening hours.

Step-by-step:

  1. Open enheter.unilabs.se/sv in your browser.
  2. From the dropdown, select your closest centre — or type your address into the search field.
  3. Filter the service to Provtagning (Swedish for “sample taking / blood draw”).
  4. Check the opening hours and exact address on the centre page before you go — hours vary by location.
  5. Walk in during opening hours with your referral and ID. Done.

Best in the morning, ideally before 10:00.

Most blood tests are most accurate when drawn early in the day — fasting markers, hormones, and many baseline values shift through the day. Aim for a morning slot before 10 AM unless your specialist has told you otherwise. If your physician has given you specific instructions (fasting time, medication timing, etc.), follow those over the general rule.
