That is what makes the care in a membership both more secure and more complete: nothing falls between the chairs. Every specialist sees the whole of you — not just their part.
Members have a single number to the clinic’s concierge team. Tell us what you need — an appointment, a referral, a prescription, a result, a report for your employer or embassy — and we arrange it. Bookings, coordination between specialists, follow-up on results and the paperwork around your care are handled for you, so your only job is to turn up.
Everyday matters are part of the same promise: prescription renewals, medical certificates and intyg at short notice, vaccination advice, and referrals — including into public care when that is the right path for you.

Everything beyond your Baseline is paid as you go at the member price — specialist consultations, labs, imaging, screening programmes and cancer panels, vaccines, infusions and procedures. You always receive a fixed quote first. Member prices do not apply to externally referred services, supplements, or services billed to an insurer.

Membership is private-pay. We do not work with Swedish insurers. Holders of international policies can have coordination handled by our concierge team; group health and cancer insurance is available at the group premium.
Cancel within 30 days of joining and the membership fee is refunded, less the services you have used, charged at the standard price list. Refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Worked example: a member who has had the Health Baseline (12,000 SEK) and one consultation (3,000 SEK) and cancels on day 20 receives 5,000 SEK back. After 30 days the membership runs its full 12-month term.
The membership is a 12-month term, paid annually, with no onboarding fee. During the first 30 days you are covered by the guarantee above: you can cancel and be refunded less the services used, at standard list prices.
Membership is private-pay, and we do not work with any Swedish insurance company. If you hold an international policy — Cigna, Allianz, AXA or another — our concierge department can coordinate with your insurer on your behalf; cover and reimbursement remain between you and your insurer. Members can also add private health and cancer insurance through our group agreement, at the group premium.
