The Functional Battery.

Blood tells one part of the story. These clinical assessments complete the picture — measuring how your body actually performs.

Assessment 01
InBody Bioimpedance Scan
Medical-grade body composition analysis. Measures muscle mass distribution, visceral fat, body water balance, and segmental lean mass — the metrics that matter for metabolic health.
Assessment 02
Spirometry Assessment
Precision lung function testing. Measures FEV1, FVC, and peak expiratory flow to assess respiratory capacity and detect early signs of airway limitation.
Assessment 03
12-Lead Resting ECG
Complete cardiac rhythm analysis. A 12-lead electrocardiogram captures the electrical activity of your heart from multiple angles, identifying arrhythmias and structural indicators.
Assessment 04
Blood Pressure & Vitals
Clinical-grade measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, resting heart rate, oxygen saturation, and core vital signs — the foundational indicators of systemic balance.

Three phases. One morning.

The Health Baseline is designed to be thorough without being overwhelming. Everything happens in a single 2-hour visit.

01

Selection & Preparation

Before your visit, you complete a digital health questionnaire. Your physician reviews your history and tailors the biomarker panel to your age, sex, family history, and specific concerns. You arrive fasting — we handle the rest.

02

The Diagnostic Session

Blood draw across all 87+ markers, followed by functional assessments: body composition scan, spirometry, 12-lead ECG, and vitals. Our clinical team guides you through each station. Total time: approximately 90 minutes.

03

Synthesis & Consultation

Within 5–7 working days, your results are analyzed by our physicians. You receive a comprehensive health report and a 30-minute consultation to review findings, discuss areas of attention, and outline your next steps.

More than just numbers.

Comprehensive Health Report

A detailed, physician-authored report covering every biomarker and functional assessment — with clear explanations and clinical context, not just reference ranges.

Physician Consultation

A 30-minute one-on-one session with your physician to walk through results, answer questions, and discuss actionable recommendations tailored to your findings.

Personalized Recommendations

Evidence-based guidance on nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle adjustments, and any follow-up testing or specialist referrals your results may indicate.

Digital Health Record

All results stored securely in your personal health profile — accessible anytime, and ready for comparison when you test again.

Exclusivity by Design

One programme per day.
Entirely yours.

We are not a volume clinic. To protect the depth of care and precision that defines each programme, we limit Health 360 and Health Optimize to one per day — ensuring that every analysis, every consultation and every result is prepared exclusively around you.

For bookings and interest registration, reach out to our concierge team directly. We will contact you to walk through the programme and arrange your personal start date.

Frequently asked.

Yes. We recommend fasting for 10–12 hours before your appointment for accurate glucose, insulin, and lipid results. Water, black coffee, and prescribed medications are fine. Your booking confirmation will include full preparation instructions.
Most results are available within 5–7 working days. Once your report is finalized, we schedule your physician consultation to walk through everything in detail.
The Health Baseline is a private preventive screening and is not covered by the public healthcare system. However, many private health insurance plans (e.g., through your employer) may reimburse part or all of the cost. We provide detailed invoices for insurance claims.
A standard check-up in Sweden typically tests 10–15 basic markers. The Health Baseline tests 87+ markers across 11 body systems, including advanced cardiovascular markers (ApoB, Lp(a), hsCRP), comprehensive hormone panels, and functional assessments that most clinics don’t offer. It’s prevention, not reaction.
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Baseline and upgrade to Health 360 (which adds full-body MRI and a 12-month program) or Health Optimize (our most comprehensive offering with genetic testing and advanced imaging). Your Baseline results carry over.
