The Health Clinic Stockholm · 2025 Annual Report

Quality & Patient Safety

Open accountability of our systematic care quality work.

At The Health Clinic Stockholm, patient safety is the foundation of every interaction. We work systematically to identify, prevent, and learn from risks under the Swedish Patient Safety Act (2010:659) and the National Board of Health and Welfare regulations (SOSFS 2011:9) — and publish a full annual report that documents our work, our results, and our goals.

This page summarises our 2025 record. The complete signed Patient Safety Report is available below as a downloadable PDF.

How to share feedback or file a complaint

1

Contact the clinic

Email info@healthclinic.se or call +46 8-733 33 44. We acknowledge every complaint within one working day and provide a substantive response within four weeks.

2

Escalate to IVO

If your complaint is not resolved — or it concerns a serious patient safety event — file with the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) at ivo.se. IVO generally examines events from the past two years.

Note: Patientnämnden in Region Stockholm handles only publicly funded care and private providers with a regional agreement. Because The Health Clinic Stockholm is a fully private provider without such an agreement, your complaint route is direct: clinic → IVO.

Patient injury insurance

We carry statutory patient injury insurance under the Swedish Patient Injury Act (1996:799). If you believe you have suffered a patient injury in connection with care at our clinic, please notify us so we can guide you through the claim process. You may also contact Folksam directly.
