Orders and payments are made through our website. Corporate clients who prefer invoicing may contact kundservice@healthclinic.se. Appointments are typically offered within 1–2 business days after both payment and completed health questionnaire have been received.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are securely processed by Stripe using 3D Secure authentication. The Health Clinic Stockholm never stores full card details.
Invoices are sent via e-mail with 5 business days payment terms. Payment must be completed no later than 2 business days before the examination. Interest on late payments: reference rate + 8 %. Invoice orders are binding.
We cooperate with Medical Finance to offer interest-free healthcare financing. You can choose 0 % interest up to 24 months for amounts up to SEK 60 000, or longer terms (up to 12 years) with standard interest. Application is done directly on our site via the Medical Finance form. Upon approved credit, payment is made by Medical Finance, and you follow their installment plan.
Referrals are valid for 30 days from the order date. One (1) reschedule free of charge; thereafter SEK 500 per change. Unused referrals expire without refund.

Reports and documents are securely delivered via SecureAppbox or equivalent secure method, compliant with GDPR and the Swedish Patient Data Act. The customer must ensure the correctness of e-mail and phone number.

Under the Swedish Distance Contract Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day after your purchase. If you request that the Clinic begins the medical service before this period ends (e.g., referral review, booking), the right of withdrawal may cease to the extent the service has begun. Cancellation fees under Section 4 apply.

Examinations and analyses follow current medical science. The Clinic cannot guarantee detection of all diseases. False positive and false negative findings may occur. Our partner laboratories (Unilabs) and radiology providers (Evidia) are responsible for their respective parts of the service. Liability is limited to what follows from mandatory law and only applies in cases of negligence.
